John Faulise is a co-founding member and Principal of Boundaries, LLC, having a demonstrated command of all aspects of land surveying and development gained from more than 3 decades of experience in the industry. In order to maintain the dedication to quality and professionalism that has come to be expected of Boundaries, LLC, Mr. Faulise remains actively involved in all of the Firm’s projects, from initial client meetings to municipal approval and successful project completion.
Jacob S. Faulise, P.E.
Project Engineer
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Jake Faulise has been a Boundaries, LLC team member since 2016. He is a Project Engineer and works closely with clients on projects from concept to completion. Mr. Faulise's responsibilities include site design, stormwater management, erosion & sediment controls, quality control, and permitting.
Jesse L. Ezzell
Survey Manager
Jesse Ezzell has been a member of the Boundaries, LLC team since 2009 as the Manager of Surveys. Mr. Ezzell is responsible for all aspects of land surveying operations, including management of multiple survey field crews and office staff, determination of property boundaries, computation of detailed construction layout methods and control, AutoCAD data processing and drafting, GPS data processing, preparation of detailed survey documents and maps, and is responsible for the oversight of upkeep and maintenance of all survey equipment and office technology.

Erik Jung has been a member of the Boundaries, LLC team since 2011. Mr. Jung is responsible for land records research, property boundary line determinations, surveying operations, computation of construction layout and control, AutoCAD data processing and drafting, GPS location and data processing, and preparation of final survey documents, plans, and maps.
Alex Prokop

Survey Technician
Alex Prokop was an early member of the Boundaries, LLC team from 2000-2003 and returned to the Company in 2019 as a Survey Crew Chief. Mr. Prokop is responsible for land surveying operations, construction layout and survey control, GPS mapping and data processing, and preparation of survey documents and plans.
