John Faulise is a co-founding member and Principal of Boundaries, LLC, having a demonstrated command of all aspects of land surveying and development gained from more than 3 decades of experience in the industry. In order to maintain the dedication to quality and professionalism that has come to be expected of Boundaries, LLC, Mr. Faulise remains actively involved in all of the Firm’s projects, from initial client meetings to municipal approval and successful project completion.
Gerald J. Stefon, L.S. (1952-2021)

A co-founder of Boundaries, LLC in 1998, Gerald Stefon's professional practice was primarily dedicated to the delineation and recovery of lost or ambiguously defined property lines, easements, and rights of way. It is with fond memories and deep gratitude that we remember our colleague and friend, "Gerry," who passed away on November 29, 2021, following an eighteen-month struggle with cancer. His kindness, dedication, and professionalism toward his co-workers and clients will be greatly missed.
David C. McKay, P.E.

David McKay joined the Boundaries, LLC team in 2014. Mr. McKay acts as Senior Civil Engineer and Engineering Project Manager and provides expertise in utility and site design, stormwater management, erosion, and sedimentation control plans, permitting, and construction administration.
Jesse L. Ezzell

Survey Crew Chief
Jesse Ezzell has been a member of the Boundaries, LLC team since 2009, where he acts as Survey Project Manager and Survey Crew Chief. Mr. Ezzell is responsible for all aspects of land surveying operations including management of multiple survey field crews, the performance of duties as Survey Crew Chief, computation of detailed construction stakeout methods and control, AutoCAD data processing and drafting, GPS location & data processing (Lieca GPS), preparation of detailed survey documents and maps, and is responsible for oversight of upkeep and maintenance of all survey equipment.
Jacob S. Faulise, E.I.T.

Jacob Faulise has been a member of the Boundaries, LLC team since 2016, where he acts as a Project Engineer and works closely with the Engineering Project Manager. Mr. Faulise provides technical support on all civil engineering aspects of our projects including site design, stormwater management, erosion & sediment controls, and permitting.

Alex Prokop was an early member of the Boundaries, LLC team from 2000-2003 and returned to the Company in 2019 as a Survey Crew Chief. Mr. Prokop is responsible for land surveying operations including surveys in the field, computation of construction stakeout and survey control, GPS location & data processing (Leica GPS), and preparation of survey documents and plans.
